20th century amber coloured lemonade jug and glasses

A c.1930-40 lemonade jug and five glasses in amber glass. The glass is faintly moulded with diamond pattern quilting. This colour and patterning were used by Whitefriars at this period but their shapes do not seem to correspond to what is shown here. It would seem possible that another company also favoured amber as a colour and similar moulding would not be difficult to produce. The height of the jug is 24 centimetres.
