English c.1740-50 mercury twist cordial glass

An English c.1740-50 mercury twist drawn trumpet bowl cordial glass. the bowl is engraved with fruiting vine. The stem is composed of four strong mercury threads round a long central tear. The foot has a fabrication fault which looks like a trail of unburnt material was left. The bowl is slightly cloudy. Despite these points, this an imposing glass. Height 17.5 centimetres.
